We know how important vendors are to a successful National Convention and we want

to make every effort to accommodate you in every way.

  • All vendor tables are in one room with immediate access from the event rotunda.  All tables are 30 inches wide x 8’ long.

  • Tables are $125 and must be paid for by 5-31-2021, after which table prices will increase by $50.00.  See full terms and conditions on the Vendor Contract.

  • For your convenience, we've arranged three methods of payment for you to choose from.  Please select the method of payment below and follow the instructions on each page.

  • The vendor room will be available for move-in and set-up from 1:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday 8-17-21.  We will open the room back up for vendors to continue moving in at 8:00am on Wednesday 8-18-21.    The vendor room will open to the public at 1:00pm on Wednesday 8-18-21.  See full event schedule for other hours.

  • Event staff will be on-hand to assist you.  The loading dock is just adjacent to the vendor room and is located on the same floor.

       There will be only two entrances and exits to the vendor room and staff security will be located at each.
