August 18 - 21, 2021
In the Fabulous City of
There is never a shortage of news and happenings when it comes to a National Convention.
The Nat-Con Board has decided to forgo with a formal banquet dinner in 2021 and instead has opted for a cocktail hour followed the awards presentation. Considering the large number of resturants, buffets and snack bars located in the property, the board felt that our attendees will find this more affordable, thus leaving more money to be spent in the vendor room. The cocktail hour will feature a cash bar.
Feb 5, 2020 - One tour has been firmed-up so far, The Shelby Museum & Visitors Center. It's going to be very exciting and worth the time. We are discussing possible tours at Nellis Air Force Base and the Atomic Testing Site as of this date and will update everyone accordingly.
June 29, 2020 - Visit us on our new 21' Nats Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/270897917458272/
Sept 28th, 2020 - We sold 2,700 rooms nights thus far, which exceeds our estimated budget by 800 room-nights. Vendor tables sales have been brisk. As of today we have sold 75% of our 325 tables which include many national and international vendors from Japan and Europe. We estimate we will be sold out by November 1st.
Sept 28th, 2020 - We are now officially SOLD-OUT of weekend rooms at the $89.00 discounted price. We were told that for a short time only, the Rio will
honor the $89.00 discounted room rate for weekdays ONLY. There are still ROOMS AVAILABLE in the resort and there is no need to look elsewhere at this time.
Oct. 4th, 2020 - Trophy Sponsors Sales are now open! Please click on the link above under 'CONTEST' and go to 'TROPHY SPONSOR to make your purchase. We thank you in advance and appreciate your support.
Nov 10th, 2020 - VENDORS ... if you have not yet reserved your tables please do so now. We have less than fifty (50) tables left for sale and when they are gone we will NOT be able add anymore. Don't miss out on what is shaping up to be the largest National Convention ever!
Jan 3, 2021 - Pre-registration launch has been rescheduled for April 1st, 2021 to allow for the continued stabilization of the Covid-19 situation. Vendor table sales continue to be brisk, room reservations continue to far exceed our original expectations and the Rio Convention center reports that no changes have been in regard to convention room attendance regulations. Considering the massive size of our convention space we do not think this will be an issue.
